food interlude

(We'll be back to regularly-scheduled programming tomorrow.)

Here's what I've been making lately:

Potato, spinach, and white bean soup (based on potato and kale soup from Robin Robertson's 1,000 Vegan Recipes)

Carbonara-style spaghetti (also from 1,000 Vegan Recipes)

Farfalle with white beans and roasted asparagus (1kVR again)

Walnut brownies (made with Bob's Red Mill gluten-free brownie mix

mmmm....

you know that carbonara style spaghetti looks AMAZING too...actually, so does the soup.

oh girl, you can cook!!!

the brownie picture isn't working, but I am betting those are FABULOUS!

Every time I come here I leave hungry, and you make such good food - healthy and delicious looking...I'm drooling.

LOL!

oh...this is why I should preview before I hit publish...typos aside, I was begging for the recipes, not the actual food in the mail.

You knew that.

I love Bob's Red MIll. Their gluten free flours are the closet I've gotten to edible wheat free breads. Love it.

Jenn, I will e-mail you the recipe.

Jamie, I thought of you when I bought it. There's a whole section of Bob's Red Mill stuff at our commissary.

And I have no idea why the picture is broken. Ugh.
